RE: Who is camping over Memorial Day?

We are going to Turtle Creek in Hommasassa Fl. Resort. Something different for us. We still like the State Parks here in Fl.

RE: On the right track?

We were out this past weekend and it was hot here in Florida on sat. I went over to walmart and pick up a 12 inch house fan. With our camper there is not much space to put a fan inside. I just took off the two vent doors and hung the fan and tilted it upwards some so the air flow would run up and out the top door vent. It droped my temp on the fridge to 36 degrees. Wish I had more room to put a fan in but this seems to work fine. I also took off the freezer door so the cold from there would drop down to the fridge. It sounds like back woods setup but it works and easy. Mike

RE: I messed up big time I think. Help Please

I don't know if it is working or not. I just thought about it this moring and put in in storage last night. I was not running on gas I had it on electric mode. RPFAN thanks for the input also. You live up there where I come from. I use to live right across the river there in Marlboro. Also I can do some things myself, if the heater does not work then I have to just replace the element ? Again thanks for all your help. Mike

RE: News flash Fleetwood Somerset PA plant being sold

It's really sad, I know what all the Fleetwood owners are going through myself. I only had my Fleetwood now for a month. It's been at the dealership now almost two weeks for warranty work. One of the most important things was the electric lift system broke. So anyone with a electric lift system there is a recall on some units. So go to your dealership and find out if yours is one of the ones like me and get it fixed right away. The dealership did not tell me there was a recall on it and when they brought my unit in for other work the lift broke on them and crashed down. I did not know about the recall myself until this happen. Here is a list I found online of the recall on the electric lift system on Fleetwood pop ups. Hope this will help anyone that owns a Fleetwood. Good Luck we all need it. RE: sway control???

I had the sway bar put on my unit and I am very happy I did. For around town towing I don't bother putting it on a trip over the highway I do put it on and see a big difference in towing. I get no swaying at all when those tractor trailers go by me at 80. I don't go over 60 65 when towning my pop. Good luck Mike
